Single ticket including entry to the Sottosale museum and to ongoing temporary and permanent exhibitions set up along the route geological.
Rates
- Full price: 10 euros
- Reduced (children between 12 and 18 years): 8 euros
LIMITATIONS
- Since the mine is active and operational, access to the production area is prohibited. For the Museum, access is strictly subject to safety procedures, and visits are regulated by the management exclusively on authorized and nominally authorized days.
- Reservation is always mandatory by contacting the Sottosale Association contact details.
- Access prohibited to children under the age of 12.
- It is not permitted to bring animals.
- It is not permitted to smoke into the museum premises.
- It is mandatory for all visitors to sign, in the days preceding the visit and at the time of booking, a countersigned release (download the release) to be delivered to the Ticket Office or forwarded via email to the addresses of the organizational secretariat.
- For access it is It is mandatory to wear protective helmets.
- Access to the production areas of the Italkali site is absolutely not permitted, nor to areas other than those strictly indicated in the itinerary access to the SottoSale Museum itself.
- It is not permitted to stray from the signposted museum route. Please comply with the instructions of the security operators.
- The Sottosale Association reserves the right to proceed with the cancellation of visits if, for reasons dependent on the superior needs of the Company, the need is deemed necessary, at the same time committing itself to providing immediate communication to regularly booked visitors.

A guided tour service is available on the museum, the works and the geological site.
Reservation is always mandatory by contacting the references of the Sottosale Association.
INFORMATION FOR THE VISIT
The use of comfortable shoes is recommended. It is mandatory to wear a regular protective helmet for the entire journey. The temperature is around a constant 16 degrees. Although the visit takes place on a single accessible level, free of architectural barriers, access for disabled people
handicap in a wheelchair could be, on some stretches, more subject to greater caution. Please pay close attention.
IN-ROOM ASSISTANCE
Support staff provide visitors with information about
museum routes, services and events and monitors compliance with the rules

PHOTO AND VIDEO
It is permitted to take photos and videos of the works for both personal and study use. Unless specifically approved, the use of stands, selfie sticks or additional lights is prohibited.
In the case of photo and video recordings of a professional nature, for profit or for informational purposes, it is necessary to request authorization from the Italkali Management.
SCHOOL VISITS SCHOOLS
Reservations are required for school groups, even just for entry to the museum. The booking service for schools is free. For groups or groups of school students, accompanied by their teachers, the entrance ticket to the museum is reduced upon presentation, on school headed paper, of the list of names of the pupils and accompanying teachers (one companion is free for each 10 students), divided by classes and signed by the school director.
